    Psychological evaluation and therapy
Emotional adjustments will occur so counseling or family support is needed.
    Therapy with sedatives
At a severe emotional stage, the doctor will prescribe sedative drugs to keep the emotional condition under control.

What Should the Family Know?

    Gather information about all therapies
It is important to know which drugs are being consumed by the family after a stroke. Knowing the function of each drug and side effects is needed. Besides that, you also need to know the proper treatment method.
Reducing the risk of recurring strokes
Changing lifestyle such as increasing healthy food and light exercise can help prevent the onset of a stroke.
    Avoid falling
Falling after a stroke can cause a serious condition. Consult with your doctor to find out if there is severity.
